1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be received by the customer before a return request can be submitted
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached and intact
- Items may be tried on, but may not be worn beyond fitting purposes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Accepted Returns
To maintain fair use of our policy, the following returns are not accepted:
- Orders where multiple sizes or variations are purchased with the intention of returning part of the order
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without prior approval
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at Info@naominoah-boutique.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and return address of our fulfillment partner
- Carefully package the item and ship it back at your own expense
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery
4. Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- This includes international shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return may be rejected without refund
6. Liability & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments without valid tracking
- If tracking shows that the package has been delivered, it will be considered received
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order

- Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy
